Tamara Hoagland receives ECM Practitioner certification
EDRM
Solutions employee Tamara Hoagland recently received the AIIM
Enterprise Content Management Practitioner (ECMP)certification. The
ECM Practitioner program provides intensive training in global ECM
best practices, strategies and concepts.

Provides Input to International E-Records Standard
EDRM Solutions employee Tamara Hoagland has been recognized for her
contribution to the recently released MoReq2 standard. MoReq2 is a
Model Requirements Specification for the Management of Electronic
Records. It defines generic requirements for an Electronic Records
Management System (ERMS). Tamara is an information management
consultant for EDRM Solutions and has supported clients such as Yum!
Brands, Papa Johns, FEMA, and the International Criminal Tribunal
for the Former Yugoslavia.

Cephalon Selects
EDRM Solutions for European Records Management Program
Implementation
EDRM Solutions was selected to implement a European Records
Management program for Cephalon, a leading global Biopharmaceutical
company. The project will unite records management activities across
Cephalon affiliates in France, the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, the
Netherlands, Poland and Denmark under the one central records
management system.

Overseas Private
Investment Corporation (OPIC) Selects EDRM Solutions
EDRM Solutions Inc is proud to announce that it has
been chosen to implement an organization wide electronic records and
document management system for OPIC in their head office in Washington
DC. The system will use the TRIM Context software solution from Tower
Software as the central file repository and user interface.

EDRM Solutions Awarded UK Scanning Contract
March 2007 - EDRM Solutions recently was selected by a major
pharmaceutical company to perform onsite scanning services in the United
Kingdom. With only 2 weeks preparation, EDRM Solutions was able to
mobilize a team of skilled scanning and information management
specialists and begin production operations.
EDRM Solutions provides scanning and imaging capabilities that
support the development of an effective content management strategy.
EDRM Solutions Assists the U.N. with the
Launch of an Online Archives Database
August 2006 - EDRM Solutions is proud to have supported the United
Nations Archives and Records Management Section in their launch of an
online archives database. Utilizing the TRIM WebDrawer browser
interface from TOWER Software, the online collection provides access to
a wide range of electronic documents and references to records dating
back as far as the late 1800's.

UN Department of Peace Keeping Operations
July 2006 - The United Nations Department of Peace Keeping
Operations has chosen EDRM Solutions to implement and manage their
recordkeeping system. The system development will begin immediately
with implementation, testing and user training to take place over
the coming months.
United Nations Department of Safety and
Security (DSS)
EDRM Solutions was selected to implement an electronic document and
records management solution to assist DSS with organization-wide
electronic filing and correspondence management. Utilizing the TRIM
Context Document and Records Management System from TOWER Software,
DSS staff can seamlessly capture information from Lotus Notes,
document scanners, office applications and other sources…
United Nations Assistance Mission to
Afghanistan (UNAMA)
EDRM Solutions was selected to implement an electronic records
management solution for the United Nations Department of
Peacekeeping Operations mission in Kabul Afghanistan. Given the
adverse operating environment in Kabul, EDRM Solutions was able to
successfully install and configure software on UN servers prior to
performing additional onsite implementation services. In addition to
enhanced search and retrieval of information, the mission is now
better positioned to transfer electronic records to the UN Archives
following its eventual closure.
Aviation Rockets and Missiles take off with
TRIM and EDRM Solutions
Aviation, Rockets and Missiles Project Office decided to go all
electronic with their information management and chose TRIM and EDRM
Solutions to do so.

Solutions to Exhibit at RACO 2008
EDRM Solutions and TOWER Software have teamed up to exhibit at the
2008 RACO conference in Washington DC. RACO is an annual one-day
conference on Federal records management issues and is hosted by the
National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). Over 500
Federal records officers, records management professionals,
information managers, and information technology professionals
regularly attend RACO. EDRM Solutions will be demonstrating TOWER
Software's TRIM Context Enterprise Content Management software as a
solution for Federal Agency compliance and records management needs.
