In the implementation of a new Document and Records management system
any historical data that your organization holds in other systems
can be converted and imported into your new custom solution.
Imaging - Scanning and Backfile Conversion

way to handle some information is to do so electronically. However,
in the real world there are many documents and records that are not

certain date are all held physically.
