TRIM Reporter
This program automates the function of
running reports on Staff Members and locations of records for audit /
location / reporting requirements. It uses the TRIM SDK to generate
separate pre-formatted Microsoft Excel reports for each staff member,
or for each staff member within a particular part of the organization.
Each report can then be emailed or saved
directly back into TRIM. Tracking and accountability reports for
each employee can now be generated in minutes rather than days.
As
easy as 1 -2 - 3
1 - Select the report to run "checked out report"
2 . Select locations to run the report on
3. Choose create report - Done! Reports automatically formatted to MS
Excel.

EDRMS Locations AutoSynch
In
large organizations where employees continually change positions and
departments, maintaining TRIM locations can be a challenge. EDRMS
Locations Autosync automates this process completely by interfacing
directly with the human resources data in your existing system.
As
employees are hired, terminated, or moved within an organization, this
utility will perform the corresponding updates to TRIM locations. The
program can be configured to run daily, weekly, or as often as
required.
And its
use of a flexible interchange format allows it to be used with virtually
any legacy system (e.g. SAP, Peoplesoft, or custom systems).

E2T
The E2T Utility (EDRMS to TRIM)
automates the process of creating TRIM records with attached objects
(scans, documents...etc) where the metadata and object are created in a
system outside of TRIM.
The E2T processes metadata lists, uses
this data to create records in TRIM and attaches the corresponding
object to the newly created record.
